Solution: How Hetronic’s collaboration with Lennartsfors resulted in a world-class radio remote control.
Hetronic technical sales and application engineers worked closely with Lennartsfors to define and develop all the functional requirements that accommodate all possible field applications the new machine can be used for. The project started with the definition of a NOVA M transmitter with 4 levers with shifting capabilities. Yet despite its great versatility with its small size, the requirement to include additional functionality pushed the definition of the transmitter one step up to the equally versatile and capable NOVA L transmitter. On receiving an approval for the design drawings, Hetronic developed one fully functional prototype unit for Lennartsfors to assess the realized solution and demonstrate and gather feedback from to their valued end customers.
After field testing was completed a custom branded NOVA L operator control unit with a custom BMS-HL receiver plug-n-play connection cable for valves and other functions were approved for production.
Hetronic proved once again successful in meeting the requirements for competitive wireless radio remote control solution for Lennartsfors’ new product line of versatile machines. The new Hetronic design offers enhanced safety, productivity and efficiency. As a result, the Hetronic and Lennartsfors collaborative engineering effort expended Lennartsfors customers’ capabilities, giving them more freedom to move around their work areas as well as offering them wider and continuous visual and safer supervision of the machine.
